Before and After: dark to light

Despite the poor quality of the photos, I present to you an old furniture that used to be originally brown, then I painted it dark gray and finally became white. Much more light getting in into our room and I love it!

DIY gate's protection

We have a small courtyard and our two cats love it. But they are cats and, of course, they can escape anytime. We needed to build a nice gate's protection.
As you can see in the before photo, these protection was not very nice. Our town is very windy and these kind of straw is not very strong.
But I have the most creative boyfriend and he loves to work with wood, so he did this cute second gate.
Our courtyard is taking shape!

DIY: Pastel Animal Jar

These days I found myself thinking that I tend to spread through our house small details related to animals. I love them in real life, so... why not?

I had this project in my To Do list for a long time, but now that I found these cute plastic animals, I leave you with this simple DIY.

You will need:

Spray the plastic animals and the glass jars's covers. Remember: 3 thin layers are better than 1 strong layer!

Glue the animals onto the covers, let it dry and enjoy the final result:

One jar for candies and one jar for my Cat Crochet Scrubbies! :)

Sundays at home.

Sunny season has started and with that, comes our breakfasts at our little yard.

Yesterday we went to the farmer's market, as usual, and now it's time to prepare the week. An healthy week!
