Healthy habits for a healthy mind.


Today had a great start. I did it. I left all the endless excuses behind, I've put my phones on and did 1 hour of walk with the amazing view I have near my home. And now I can tell you: I really need to establish this new habit in my life. My soul needs it and especially my body! 




Wardruna + sea? Perfect.
